The presentation is in Widescreen 13.33 x 7.5. I've had this happen many times now, so it's not just this particular video. The latest video file that I've added is an. I just restarted PP again, ran the slideshow, which showed garbly-gook graphics and then PP crashed. The only way to temporarily fix this is to completely quit PP and restart it. When I attempt to play the slide show, I continue to only hear the audio and not see the video. When I add a video to my PP, I will preview the video (in edit mode) and the visual portion of the video will stop playing while the audio continues all I see is the background of the slide. I've had this problem since upgrading from Powerpoint for Mac 2011 to 2016.
